A welcome from our CEO, Tilly Browne

I am delighted to be writing to you as the new CEO of Reach Schools. Everything that we do, is in the service of our vision to ensure that every child develops the skills, attributes and academic qualifications to go on and enjoy a life of choice and opportunity. Having been a Headteacher, I have seen this vision come to life for many children and their families and feel deeply privileged to now be leading it at the CEO level. Headteachers run schools and, at Reach, we are here as a central team to support our Headteachers to do their very best work for their staff, families and children. 

At Reach, we are united by a belief in the value of relationships as the foundation upon which an excellent education is built, the importance of carefully planned curriculum to support a child throughout their educational journey and a deep investment in teachers, as people and professionals, as the key lever in ensuring that every child achieves their potential.

We also know that schools are founded within communities and we therefore work in partnership with families at every stage to ensure that we are working together to strive for the best that we can. We want to contribute to the ecosystem that our schools are built in and foster strong relationships with local organisations for the fulfillment of our vision. 

Finally, as an organisation we are constantly learning and improving to drive for even better outcomes for our children, this is the reason we started the Reach Out programme to learn from other schools and to share what we are doing at Reach. We want more children to go on to live a life of choice and opportunity, we know that there are so many schools and leaders doing inspiring work across the sector that we want to connect with.
